Green plastic food reward box

We deliberately used plastic as a material because it should not absorb any food smell and is easy to clean.

Here we have a plastic box with the dimensions: 100 x approx. 25 x approx. 20 mm.

Length and width are within the IGP specifications. Since we also need depth for the lining, we work with a depth of approx. 20mm here. However, this is not apparent to the dog because part of the depth is also pressed into the ground.

If the dog comes to the object and points it out, we can easily lift the object without having food in our hands and push the lid underneath away to the side. This causes the lining to fall out of the object.

Thus, we avoid the feeding hand as such as a direct confirmation.

Plastic absorbs the smell of grease print fingers and is not as heavy as you think.

When handling it for the first time, this should be practiced in a playful way outside the track, and handling the box with the slider should also be practiced dry first.

No screw connections were used.

If plastic material is laid out in the rain or if it rains, the water on top acts as an odor blocker, so lay plastic material out in the rain. This should be trained, one or two dogs may have problems because the intensity is not the same as with wood etc given is.

Basically, all objects with a heavily compacted, almost closed surface are more difficult when wet or covered in rain.
